U13s Colts at The Dripping Pan

Our U13s were lucky enough to be invited by Lewes FC U13s to play a friendly match at their home, The Dripping Pan today. The teams played on the whole pitch with adult 11v11 size goals - a bit bigger than the usual!

The match was part of Lewes FC’s end of season awards weekend and it was a fantastic way to round off the season. It’s always a pleasure to play against a team that shares our values of fair play and respect - and today all the players on both teams showed both in abundance. 

It was a beautiful day at the iconic ground and an exciting match to watch. The teams were evenly matched and all the players gave it their absolute all - but the Colts ultimately came away as the victors. 

We would like to thank Lewes FC again for the invitation and for hosting us today - it was an amazing experience for our players. We hope you enjoyed the rest of your awards weekend and we look forward to the next friendly.
