An inclusive youth football club for players aged from 5-16 years.
Welcome to Chailey and Newick Colts Junior Football Club!
C&N Colts is a friendly inclusive club run by volunteers for players aged from 5-16 years.
We have teams for age groups U8 - U16 (age 7-16 years), plus our Little Kickers section for 5 and 6 year olds.
Our clubhouse and home pitches are at Chailey Sports Ground in North Chailey but we train in both Chailey and Newick, and at various locations across Sussex when the weather demands it.

The club is proud to hold the FA Charter Standard award. We are committed to delivering the best possible experience for players, referees, coaches and supporters, making football safe and fun for everyone.

All our coaches are FA trained and DBS checked. We have strict safeguarding standards in place, which we ensure our volunteers adhere to at all times.
​
We ask all our players to always play their best for the benefit of the team, to play fairly and be friendly.
We encourage high standards of behaviour on and off the pitch at all times. We ask that both our players and spectators respect the referee and that win or lose teams shake hands at the end of every match.
We provide a competitive yet supportive environment where fair play, teamwork and sportsmanship are as least as important as winning. Most important of all, we make sure that football is fun.

​We offer the opportunity for 150 kids to play football in a fun and safe setting and the chance to enjoy all the benefits that being involved in a club and team can offer.
Making new friends from diverse backgrounds, learning new skills, dealing with rules, excitement, frustrations, successes and failures are all available in abundance.
We firmly believe that sports clubs such as ours have a special place in the community and can play an important part in a young person’s life.
Respect
We value fair play and respect for all in the game and our Code of Conduct sets out the standards the club expects from our coaches, players, parents/guardians of players and supporters.

Chailey and Newick Colts FC is fully committed to the FA Respect campaign, which aims to ensure that all grassroots footballers are able to play in a safe, fun and inclusive environment.

As an FA Charter Standard club we actively promote creating the right environments for our players, both on and off the pitch, in order for them to thrive.
