Thank You for an Incredible Evening at Crows & Classics
On behalf of everyone at Chailey & Newick Colts, we'd like to say a huge thank you to Hannah and Andrew Usher, their fantastic team of helpers, and everyone who came along to support the recent Crows & Classics charity evening at Newick Village Hall.
It was a brilliant night from start to finish, with fantastic live music from Andrew Usher and Friends, great food and drinks, an amazing raffle, plenty of dancing, and a wonderful community atmosphere. Most importantly, the event raised an incredible amount of money for two fantastic local causes - St Peter & St James Hospice and Chailey & Newick Colts.
We're incredibly grateful that Chailey & Newick Colts was chosen as one of the beneficiaries. The funds raised will make a real difference to our young players, helping us provide access to 3G pitches and indoor facilities during the wet winter months, as well as contributing towards new kit, equipment and other resources that allow our children to enjoy football in a safe, fun and supportive environment.
Events like this simply wouldn't happen without the generosity, hard work and dedication of so many people. From everyone involved in organising the evening, to those who donated raffle prizes, volunteered behind the scenes, performed, and bought tickets to come along and support the event – thank you. Your kindness and community spirit were evident throughout the evening.
Grassroots football relies on the support of its local community, and we're incredibly lucky to have such wonderful people behind our club.
Thank you once again to Hannah, Andrew, all the musicians and everyone involved for creating such a memorable evening. We feel incredibly fortunate to be part of such a supportive community.
